Sysdata's DCMS (Distributed Channel Management System) is a back office platform used by sales departments and companies to organise sales networks in an automated and collaborative manner. It is a model upon which to base the implementation of a centralised system and manage the databases of intermediaries on a company's distribution channels, and processes and events connected to the network, all from just one interface. Our DCMS monitors changes, ensures a unified, saved view of the life cycle for employees, and coordinates production systems with unique, certified keys. In addition, it is flexible and configurable according to network reorganisations or changes to the business rules. It even makes it possible to activate specific modules only, or add new ones, while integrating with existing company systems and minimising IT interventions.
