Mediolanum is a major player in Italy’s financial advisory sector. The group stands out for its ability to universally meet customer’s needs. A single, universal approach whose strategic core lies with Family Bankers and multichannel banking.
The rapid evolution of products, their growing complexity and the diversity of customers require substantial effort in order to perfectly enhance the value of the quality of an investment proposal. Add to these challenges the inherent complexity of managing a large, highly professional sales network that needs to be kept continually up-to-date on the market, the products and the most strategic services.
In this specific case, Mediolanum’s requirement also involved the launch of a new range of financial products, such as unit linked plans.
In light of Mediolanum’s needs, Sysdata planned and developed an app for tablets which would not only serve as an attractive, engaging pre-sales tool, but would also help Family Bankers to promote the bank’s latest products.
The application features simulation tools designed to pinpoint the most appealing product configuration for the customer in real time.
By applying its expertise in this particular sector, Sysdata was able to guarantee the integration of the business functions required by the sales department whilst reducing the time needed for implementation, and adopted secure, non-invasive technological solutions for data integration into the tablet application.
Mediolanum's financial advisers are now equipped with a comprehensive, functional tablet application capable of clearly conveying all the advantages of new products through the use of simulators required for pre-sales activities.
