Merging different agencies under a single project posed a series of challenges with regard to the integration of pre-existing methods and tools, which were inevitably fragmented.
In conjunction with the merging and converging of data into a new system, as the face of Generali Italia, the group’s main agencies must also be updated and revamped.
To ensure that agency communications relating to commercial offers on new products are consistent, systematic and coordinated, Sysdata has developed innovative digital supports that are capable of publishing multimedia content sent through from the head office. Touch screen functions also mean that agencies have the use of yet another innovative tool to collect information about new customers and to put them in touch with an agent.
In the analysis, design and production of custom hardware solutions, Sysdata guided Generali Italia through the development of novel, innovative tools capable of meeting the demands called for by their new change of direction.
Listed in every agency product catalogue, these new digital solutions were presented to the sales network as an integral part of the new agency concept embodied by Generali Italia.
