Allianz Insurance wanted to create a B2C smartphone app, both for iOS and Android platforms, aimed at on-boarding the end customer. The app offers a series of services and features for all aspects of policy management, such as expiries and renewals, while also highlighting the importance of direct communication with the company.
The pre-organised workflow allows the client to easily enter information relating to any need or request, monitoring the progress of the claim and quickly accessing the services guaranteed by the policy. A prominent banner provides the company’s contact information. In addition, there’s a more communication-oriented section, which highlights the social aspect of Allianz. The app needs to be able to evolve, consistently offering an increasing number of services geared towards the end customer.
Sysdata saw to the purely technological part of development to create a native app for both iOS and Android smartphone platforms. Engaging its experience with best practices while focusing on a highly-performing product, Sysdata was fully dedicated to the development of the entire front end.
Since its launch, AllianzNOW has enjoyed great success among clients and has piqued the interest of tech magazines for its features, such as immediate response, real-time assistance, continuous connection to the Allianz Operations Centre, and the reduction of the distance between advisor and user. On the mobile side, its most dramatic innovations include the integration of a smart agent which, using AI algorithms based on an oriented graph data model, is capable of making informed, proper decisions from the user’s input.
