The more clear and innovative the way in which characteristics of an offer are communicated, the more likely it is that customers will be able to fully discern an offer’s potential. Customers appreciate the capabilities of both the medium of technology and of the adviser in being able to turn a technical, arduous and perplexing subject into a pleasing, interesting conversation between two equals . The form becomes an integral part of the content.
To underline the innovative nature of the product during the launch phase, Sysdata developed a transparent and intuitive application for the sales force of Allianz Bank that was capable of capturing customers’ attention and stimulating their interest.
Tablets have become the preferred, powerful medium used to present financial offers which themselves have been improved by this novel form of communication that enhances their appeal, making them appear both modern and up-to-date.
From analysis to development, including during the critical post-launch phases, Sysdata guided the client through every stage of the project, whilst implementing the visual components designed by the marketing team. The application, to which even more complex UX interactions were added, as well as dynamic performance graphics, is the result of extensive teamwork that led to an excellent product in terms of the quality of the interface and the stability of the solution.
Inaugurated to back the launch of an innovative financial product, by making the most of tablet capabilities in order to compliment sales force activities, the application has received excellent feedback from the financial advisers, who now have in their hands, or rather at their fingertips, an effective tool for providing financial advice, as well as a technological business card with which to introduce themselves and present new products to their clients.
