History
1980: Sysdata Italia S.p.A. is established by Roberto Vecchione (current chairman). Since the beginning the company focuses its activity on the development and integration of customized software solutions for large organizations
1990: Sysdata joins Datamat, at the time the leading independent Italian IT company (listed in Milan) and today a subsidiary of Finmeccanica
2001: Sysdata Italia S.p.A. merges with Large System and Assist Informatica, creating Essellesse de facto the private market business unit of Datamat Group
2004: In November 2004, the CEO - Roberto Vecchione - leads a brilliant management buyout, taking private and restructuring the company and restoring the original name Sysdata Italia S.p.A.
2007: Sysdata acquires a majority stake in Bit Media and Aresoft setting up Sysdata Group, an IT consultancy player of national relevance
2010: Sysdata’s 30 years anniversary …and the commitment to deliver top class IT solutions is unchanged
